The True Self Experience is delivered live online in a private, secure format. After booking, you’ll access your personal portal where you can choose your preferred date and time, and return at your scheduled session time via the private link provided.

No preparation is required. You don’t need meditation experience or prior inner work. The only prerequisite is openness to be guided and to move gently through your inner world.

You don’t need anything special to attend this experience.
However, some people find it supportive to have:

• Headphones or earbuds (to help you settle more deeply into the guidance)
• A glass of water
• Tissues, just in case emotion moves or softens
• Something comfortable to sit on
• A quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted

Nothing is required, and nothing needs to be done “right.” These are simply options to support your comfort and presence.

That’s completely natural. You don’t need to “do it right.” Your inner world sets the pace, the boundaries and nothing is forced. You are always in choice.
