I speak of the inherent energy born within each of us, that moves with instinct, speaks with clarity, loves without conditions, and takes up space the way mountains do: without apology and without fear of being 'too much' this and 'not enough' that.

Our true nature engages with an effortless engagement with life, curious, adventurous and free, until certain signals begin to let us know that - this authentic nature - is often a threat to being fully accepted and loved. So, in an attempt to keep our most important social connections, our inner world begins to adapt itself. The once curious and explorative and open parts of yourself begin to be tamed. Our far reaching edges neatly trimmed to fit into very acceptable conventional lines. Gentle shapeshifts of the true nature that was specifically designed to push past boundaries and evolve into its greatest heights, becomes a silenced, tamed version that begins to reorient toward external validation, forgetting its own true worth. 

This adaptation was never wrong, it was pure devotion.

But now, your wildness presses against your ribs again, asking to breathe, to stretch, to return to its natural brilliance.

This spell is an invitation for the one who is ready to remember their own nature; the one who feels the pull to rise sovereign, expressive, and free. It is for the one who recognises that wildness is not chaos, but clarity; not danger, but truth; not rebellion, but a returning.

Fire, rekindle the spark I buried to keep the peace.
Water, wash away the fear that made me small.
Air, loosen the stories that taught me to tame myself.
Earth, ground my rising in safety and sovereignty.
Spirit, weave these forces within me and open the path to my Wild.

Wild One within me,
I call you home.
I feel the pulse of you beneath my skin,
the ancient rhythm stirring in my chest,
the truth of who I am
beginning to unclench.

I see how you softened so I could survive,
how you folded yourself into smaller shapes
to make others comfortable,
how you hid your brilliance
to keep love within reach.

But I am ready now
to hold you without fear.
