In The Space Between Things.
There is a moment when you begin to notice the space between things.
A subtle shift in perception and an unmistakable sense that something long forgotten is beginning to move again.
Attention starts to rest in the small, unguarded spaces of your day, in the pause before the kettle boils, the stillness after a deep breath, in the flicker of excitement when a new idea forms, in the soft hum of possibility that rises without reason.
You start to notice a reality that sparkles between the ordinary moments of life, slipping in and out of awareness before your mind can explain it. This is the threshold where you catch a glimpse of the reality that has been hidden behind the regular routines of life. This is the threshold that signals the beginning of your next becoming, and this is where the following poem begins...
In the Space Between Things
There is a place your True Self speaks the loudest,
and it is quieter than you expect.
It is the moment between one thought and the next,
when your mind has not yet filled the space.
It is the soft warmth in your chest
when you imagine a life that feels more like you.
It is the flutter of recognition
when something new aligns with something ancient inside you.
It is the sense of rightness
that rises before you can articulate why.
In the space between things,
your potential stretches its limbs.
Your clarity steadies.
Your desires begin to glow from the inside out.
You feel yourself turning,
not away from the life you’ve lived,
but toward the one that fits you more truthfully.
Nothing dramatic happens there,
yet everything changes.
You realise that your next chapter
doesn’t arrive with noise,
it arrives with permission.
Permission to want what you want.
Permission to grow in the direction that feels warm.
Permission to return to the way you were always meant to be.
In the space between things,
you meet yourself again.
Not the version shaped by expectation,
but the one shaped by truth, vitality, and possibility.
And something inside you exhales.
Yes.
This is who I am.
This is where I am going.
The threshold opens,
quiet and golden,
waiting for your next step.
Your True Self Realisations
Let this gently guide your awareness inward:
- What small moment recently felt like a quiet “yes” inside you?
Not dramatic, just true. - Where in your life do you feel something new trying to take form?
A desire, a thought, a direction, a shift in energy. - What becomes possible when you trust the subtle openings,
instead of waiting for life to shout?
Let whatever arises come softly.
You are not forcing change, you are simply recognising it.
And when you are ready to turn these subtle awakenings into a living, daily rhythm of True Self actualisation, I will guide you on your True Self Quest.
